Doing the Hey Duggee ‘Brush Your Teeth’ dance this morning with my three-year-old, who is currently on strike.

White t-shirts from Cos.

Skims underwear from Selfridges.

Person you spoke to?
My husband last night in bed discussing our home renovation.

Podcast you listened to?
Having only ever trawled through the Kirsty Young years of Desert Island Discs, I’m currently listening to Sue Lawley’s ones and loving them. Acerbic but astute.

New brand you discovered?
Plants for Shade – the most beautiful potted paper geraniums.

Film you watched at the cinema?
Barbie. A masterpiece.

TV series you watched at home?
My husband and I are currently watching 1923 and now obsessing about going to ‘Big Sky’ country.

Restaurant you ate at?
Jacuzzi, for a team lunch.

Takeaway you ordered?
Lebanese.

Book you read?
Late to the game on this one but Sorrow and Bliss by Meg Mason. Heartbreaking. Hilarious.

Magazine you flicked through?  
I start reading the newspaper supplements every Sunday and it take me a solid week to finish them before the next rounds are out.

Country you visited?
We did a California road trip in July with our three kids which was incredible. Fell deeply in love with that ‘California Gold’ – a dry grass that covers the hills.

Town you walked around? 
Tisbury at the weekend visiting friends, trying to work out where we would move to if we ever left London.

Time you cried? 
Every time I listen to the song ‘When I grow Up’ from Matilda which, as my daughter is currently obsessed, is often multiple times a day.

Time you laughed until you cried? 
With my girlfriends this weekend. No one makes me laugh more.

Thing you do at night before switching off the light? 
Eye mask, one ear plug, This Works deep sleep pillow spray.

Meal you cooked? 
I’m one for a throw-it-all-in-one-pot-so-you-can-drink-the-wine kinda gal. Salmon, tendertsteam, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, tamari, toasted sesame oil, chilli flakes.

Cocktail you drank?
A Pisco Sour at the Beckford Arms

Play you saw?
The Tales of Acorn Wood at the Lyric Hammersmith with about 500 other kids. Quite the most heckling crowd I have been a part of.

Thing you baked?
Cinnamon buns.

Thing you burnt?
Said cinnamon buns .

Time you said sorry?
Oh God to everyone. I’m terrible – even when it’s someone else’s fault I will say sorry.

Vinted.

Song you added to a playlist?
My daughter is a ‘Swifty’ so it will have been one of hers.

Person you kissed?  
My baby. Right on the smooshy mouth. There’s nothing better.

Travelled by bus?
Yesterday to the Army Museum with the kids.

Radio station you listened to?
Classic FM.

Time you swore?
In excitement to my Head of Ops when we tried on a new product launching this Autumn.

Biscuit you ate? 
Dark Chocolate hob nob. Elite.

Item of clothing you wore two days running?
I wear a nightie up to 3 days before rotating it.

Thing you smelt?
My morning coffee. One of the greatest smells on earth.

Time you said I love you? 
It’s my brother’s birthday today so I sent him an excellent giff and told him I love him.
