Emma Milne Watson Jewellery

If you haven’t yet come across this gorgeous hand-made jewellery, you’re going to be glad you read this post.
Emma (Milne-Watson) used to be a fashion stylist, and more recently an interior decorator (she has the most gorgeous home) for the past 12 years, then started making jewellery during the first lockdown when she wanted to buy some bright and cheerful pieces to wear. Her and her daughter decided they would have a go at making them themselves, as Emma already had a collection of beads that she’d had for years. She made her first necklace, shared it on Instragam, and people immediately responded, saying that they would love one too. But instead of selling them, she decided to make them for people, and in return they would donate to the Refuge charity via her Just Giving page. It was a huge success and raised an amazing amount, and the requests kept coming! So she bought more beads and decided to sell them via Instagram. A year on and she’s selling an exclusive range to the Cutter Brooks shop (curated by Amanda Brooks), and hopefully soon in a store in Amagansett in The Hamptons!
Emma’s inspiration is her love for her holidays in Mallorca where she spent every summer as a child. During hot afternoons she would make necklaces with her mother, sister and friends. Mallorca still continues to inspire her. today.
“These beaded necklaces I make have brought colour, fun and freedom to what has even the most crazy year.”
Each piece is made by hand, and each one is indiviudal. Emma also has a bespoke service where you can give her a colour and she will create something completely unique for you. What we love about these pieces at LS is how Emma has cleverly created these whimsical, almost childlike pieces that are also super-chic and stylish. I love the simple its of the designs and the pretty  colour combinations of the beads –  they will look just as great on their own as layered up with favourite gold pieces (that’s my plan anyway!). I’m imagining wearing mine with simple white tees and denim shirts. The letters (you can choose a word or just a letter – it’s completely up to you) make them really personal and special – they’d make the loveliest and most thoughtful gift too.
To order you can either visit Cutter Brooks or DM Emma directly.
