Navygrey founder, Rachel spent 20 years trying to find a jumper that felt that good, and it’s what inspired her to create a brand that captured all it stood for: a soft natural wool yarn, beautiful stitching, simple yet modern shaping, a dependable (and always chic) colour palette, and an ability to make the wearer feel comfortable, confident and also creative, because you can style them in a hundred different ways without really thinking too hard about it. Rachel called it Navygrey – the two colours that provide firm foundations and easy effortlessness in our wardrobes.
Rachel also wanted to build a business that is sustainable in the long term – brand to be part of people’s lives for a long, long time. And she passionately wants to ensure that everything and everyone in our supply chain, from the soil and sheep, to our suppliers are happy too. They are passionate about making great jumpers. But as a business, from the start, they have always wanted to be more than just ‘products’ – they wanted to create real change. As a small brand, as they grow, they want to help the world grow back. To create things in a regenerative way to make the world better. And in 2023 Navygrey certified as a B Corp™.
