Now I have been a Dilli Grey fan for a few years now – their summer dresses are some of my absolute favourites to wear in the summer months and on holiday. And of course, there is nothing stopping us from wearing said dresses during the winter months too. But for me personally, I tend to struggle with prints for winter, and tend to rotate between the more neutral palette of grey, black, navy, khaki and blue tones (some might say a little dull, and I’m fine with that – I’m just not a big colour girl during winter). I’m also much less likely to wear dresses during the winter – jeans, jumpers and boots are my everyday staples. So I have to say, when I first saw the new Dilli Grey corduroy collection (in my favourite to wear colours), I literally felt like it was made for me (it wasn’t)!
So it’s a little capsule collection made up of the softest needle cord (I tend to stay away from any other heavier cord – too bulky) must-haves – the perfect dress, reversible quilted jacket and reversible quilted gilet, and the prettiest ruffle blouse…
Neetu Corduroy Dress
The perfect dress (and it really is the perfect day-to-evening/dress-up-dress-down), vintage inspired dress, with gorgeous romantic blouson sleeves and quilted bib (such lovely details). I love it with a knee-high boot.
I actually sized way up for a much more voluminous feel. Honestly, one of the softest, most comfortable dresses I’ve ever worn. And plenty of room for extra helpings of Christmas pudding. Handy.
Bushra Corduroy Jacket
Wear it belted or loose, with the cuffs turned up or left down, this really is a versatile, hardworking piece. Great with jeans or dresses. I absolutely love the brown and white block printing – pretty but cool.
Gigi Reversible Quilted Corduroy Gilet
I love this piece so much. I like to layer it over knits and blouses, and again is great with both jeans and more feminine, romantic dresses. I love the pronounced shoulders, and have been wearing mine open, over my chunkiest knits a lot too – I don’t always want to wear a coat, even when it’s cold.
Anoushka Ruffle Corduroy Blouse
Their best-selling ruffle blouse now in the softest navy corduroy with the prettiest embroidery. So perfect. Obviously I will be mostly wearing mine with my favourite jeans and boots.
Also well worth knowing – The Dilli Grey collection is all handmade ethically by their artisan teams in Jaipur, Lucknow and Delhi; created in consciously limited quantities to ensure zero wastage at the end of each season.
I also wanted to share some of my favourites from their gorgeous homeware collection. As you probably already know, I am a huge fan of anything block printed when it comes to interiors (I have one of their beautiful reversible quilts on the bed – I adore the block printed stripes), and they really do have some of the very best pieces (at the best prices) around. These would all make the loveliest gifts too.
Finally, Dilli Grey is kindly offering LS readers 20% off this weekend (did you know it’s Small Business Saturday today?) with the code LITTLESPREE20. Nice.

ps: how sweet is this?
pps: if you’re London-based, why not take a trip to the beautiful little Dilli Grey store in Barnes (such a lovely place for a wander, and so Christmas-y)? Combine it with a trip to my favourite cinema, Olympic Studios (they’re currently showing some Christmas classics), which is just up the road.
