Sunday Style

I thought I might struggle to find the ‘good stuff’ now we’re getting into the Christmas run-up. But nope, I still found more than I needed this week (I always earmark things as/when I see them throughout the week, then edit down later (I am VERY strict about what makes the final cut. I feel like you  probably already know this about me though?). It’s always so hard to pick my favourites to highlight (because of the aforementioned strictness, nothing but the very best makes it though…), but this week I am particularly loving this (I am close to  reaching statement collar fatigue (I know…), as they are literally EVERYWHERE, but I particularly love the contrast of delicate crochet lace with the cosy chunky, ribbed knit on this one; these (so good with jeans and mid-dresses, and the perfect mix of cool and sexy); this (saw it in store first, and it’s so lovely.  Love the colour too);  this (want to add it to my gold wrist stack immediately by copying the idea of the pretty Liberty print tie); this coat (a great price for all the Issy vibes – go for the grey); this sweater (surely the ultimate Christmas/Zooming/WFH jumper (and virtually never discounted)? Oh, and yes please to these!
I am also really feeling plaid shirts right now (amazingly I don’t own a single one, which is baffling even to me!!), and really want to get one. Liking this, this (the beige and red checked), this  and this one. Tuck/half-tuck into black/blue jeans and you’re got the perfect cool-casual outfit (as  far as I’m concerned anyway!).
You’ll also notice a little bit of sparkle and twinkle appearing in my edits. It’s still early days, but a touch here and there is never a bad thing. Particularly mixed with knits or denim.

ps: love these boots too – they are a similar style to my Mint Velvet ones from last winter that I live in (and they get a lot of love on Instagram). It’s all about the slouchiness…

pps: how’s your Christmas shopping going? Me? I’ve done absolutely nothing!!
Don’t forget though, I do add to the LS Gift Guides if something catches my eye, so it’s worth checking back before you shop.
